Premium subscription, billing or refunds
Premium unlocks daily darshan wallpaper, palm readings, full astrology and AI chat. You can cancel anytime from You → Premium. For a billing or refund query, email us with the date and amount.
Puja booking or prasad delivery
Track any booking from the Home or You tab. If a booking or prasad courier looks stuck, email us the booking date and temple name and we'll check with the pandit.
Donations & 80G receipts
Donation receipts are issued to the email on your account. For tax exemption details see our 80G page.
Delete my account & data
You can request deletion of your account and associated data anytime by emailing us from your registered email or phone. We action deletion requests within 7 days.
